Isopod Moss

Collected when the original aquatic isopod stock was found. This moss is the perfect addition to a isopod habitat.

It is a wonderful addition to any aquarium. The perfect natural product to replace egg mops. Also a great place for young fry to hide.

Moss can be weighted down and allowed to grow into the gravel or tried to a rock or branch. Moss will attach itself to whatever support you supply.

This moss is grown hydroponically. Each order inspected to assure it is free of parasites. An unusual and vibrant colored moss that is stunning. This plant does not need a high tech care to thrive (CO2 not required). A rare find that will bring a special touch to any aquarium.

Note: There may be a few small snail hitchhikers, but I do try to remove any I see. If you get any snails they will likely be on of the hard to find varieties I sell.

Temp: 25-80°F (our systems 45-78°F)

PH: 7-8+ (GH and KH More Important)

GH: 12-20 (our systems 15-20) Prefers Hard Water

KH: 8-12 (our systems 9-11) Prefers Hard Water

Limited Guarantee: If there is a problem with this item, notify us within an hour of package delivery. Do not open the bag. Three photos of the moss in an unopened bag are required for any replacement plants. Extra plants have been included in most orders. The extra plants are not covered under the guarantee. A hot or cold pack can be included for an extra charge, see "Shop All" product listings to add this option.

Shipping of live products will take place only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings to ensure the animal or plant arrives before the weekend. We consider these products time sensitive. If there is concern about the shipment arriving before the weekend because of extreme weather or other such concerns, we will contact you and may delay a shipment to the next Monday.
