Shipping Policy

Shipping will be by USPS Priority mail.

Shipping of live products will take place only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings to ensure the animal or plant arrives before the weekend. We consider these products time sensitive. If there is concern about the shipment arriving before the weekend because of extreme weather or other such concerns, we will contact you and may delay a shipment to the next Monday.

Live products shipped to or from an area when the temperature is below 40 degrees F for a low, or 90 degrees F for a high cannot be guaranteed. Please check the weather prediction between you shipping location and our shipping location. We attempt to check this, however two people checking means less mistakes.

Adding a hot or cold packing option is available. This will ensure the best result when shipping in any temperature extremes.
